The cake

recepie:
1 glass plain milk.
1 cup sugar (use very fine organic rock sugar... it's yummier!)
¾ cup cooking oil or butter
Mix it together and boil. Let it cool.

1 cup milk powder
2 cups flour
1 packet baking power

Sieve them together.
Fold in the sieved dry mixture in the less hot milk mixture, and beat lightly with a spoon.

Then add 1 tsp vanilla essence to it.

Mix it all well.
Grease and dust inch diameter tin.
Pour the mixture into the prepared tin.

Cover the tin with aluminium foil.
Put to bake in a hot oven at for 10-15 minutes.

When the cake rises, reduce the temperature to , and bake for further
20-25 minutes.

Check if the top of the cake is becoming brown... you can remove foil and bake for about five minutes... taking care it does not burn and becomes a nice brown.
Cool and cut into slices."
